#2

Our Kittycat is back home, Virginia is 7weeks and 1 day old and we had a good holiday

We are thankful for so many things! Virginia is our little angel and she's 7weeks and 1 day old now. She's so amazing and she slept for 7hours last night. :) What a doll. Now we just have to find out from her when she's out for the night. :)

My kitty cat is now back home after a 9day adventure outside. We got him back home just before 7pm tonight. We put more food and water in the garage just beside our inside steps, left it slightly cracked and set up the baby monitor in the garage that shows a screen of what goes on. Not long after we saw him on the screen and shut the garage with the opener we brought inside. I went in the garage and looked underneath the cars and I could see him. I called his name and he meowed and came to me. He seems to be very happy to be home and we slowly let him inside to readjust to home. He's sleeping now and catching up on much needed rest I'm sure. He's let me pet him and even pick him up. WE're going to let him rest and do his own thing for a while. He looks good, just a little thinner and a bit thicker coat. We can now rest and my husband can focus on finding a new job, we can go to the gym and enjoy our time together.

For those that missed the last post, the day my cat went missing (Nov 20th) my husband also got laid off, yes we're both unemployed. But we'll be ok and make it through this. The shock has worn off and now that my cat is home (the stress of that is now gone or leaving) and he can now focus on job hunting, gym going and family time. The last 9 days have been hectic.

But we are still thankful! So many wonderful things in our lives! And the things that are permanent are fabulous- Virginia, our lives, our family, our bets and our marriage and each other. Jobs can be replaced and will be!! We will get through this and we'll enjoy the time together!! All 3 of us!

Happy thanksgiving all!
